This website displays property-level information sourced from publicly available government datasets published under the Open Government Licence v3.0, including Energy Performance Certificates, HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, and Ordnance Survey Open Data.

We display property addresses (from Price Paid Data), postcodes (from Open UPRN), energy ratings, property characteristics, transaction history, and estimated valuations. We do not display the names of property owners or occupants.
